About Sawubona Wellness Collective
A Warm Welcome
Sawubona is a Zulu greeting that means "I see you."
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard and understood.
Many people come to therapy carrying experiences they have never fully spoken about, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what is happening for you without judgement.
My Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy should feel collaborative rather than something that is "done" to you.
My role is not to tell you what to do or offer quick fixes. Instead, I work alongside you to help you better understand your experiences, recognise patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop the confidence to make meaningful changes.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels warm, authentic and supportive, whilst also gently challenging you when it may help facilitate growth.

Therapy in Leeds, York and Online
I offer therapy in Leeds and York, alongside online therapy for clients throughout the UK.
Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions or the flexibility of online therapy, we can work together in a way that feels accessible and supportive for you.
Is Therapy Right for You?
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
Sometimes people seek support because they are struggling with anxiety, trauma or relationship difficulties. Others simply recognise that something doesn't feel quite right and want a space to reflect and grow.
Whatever has brought you here, I'd be happy to arrange a free consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
